I Spy Pie
My love of Pacific Pie started with the pies...Chocolate Bourbon Hazelnut, Key Lime, Chocolate Peanut Butter. If I had guests in town or needed a good quality dessert for an event, I went to Pacific Pie. The crusts are hands down one of the best I've ever had. Crumbly and Tasty!
When Pacific Pie opened their NW location, I checked it out for brunch after a weekend hike. Sweet Potato and Veggie Skillet, Pulled Pork Skillet, Mimosas.
However, the true love affair happened after marrying an Aussie whom ends up with hankerings for Aussie food. We started visiting Pacific Pie more frequently working our way through Sausage Rolls, Meat Pies, Shepard's Pie, Cottage Pie, Schnitzel, and yes, more Key Lime Pie.
I'm always happy to visit Pacific Pie. It keeps the hubby happy and I get dessert. :)
