Chavez
Chavez in Seattle is worth a mention as it is the only restaurant I have ever ordered every dessert item (thankfully it was only 3 items and I was sharing). I hit up Chavez for Happy Hour and even before dessert, made my way through several of the menu items including: Salsa Trio, Guacamole, Queso Fundido, Ceviche, and Pork Shoulder Tacos. All food items paired well with my Classic Margarita. The food was incredible and the one item that stood out was the blue corn tortilla chips, as they were long strips and had just the right amount of salt.
Now for that dessert. How can one go wrong with a Churro Salted Carmel Ice Cream Sandwich. Dangerous, but oh-so-good.
